He specializes in strategic planning, product/program design, professional learning, and building capacity of leaders and teams to develop and deliver high-impact solutions.

Designed/deliver four highly rated courses integrating research in strategy, leadership, change management, organizational culture, and performance for the MS in Learning and Organizational Change Program, MS in Social & Economic Policy and the Philanthropy and Nonprofit Organizations Certificate Program. Adler University's Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership provides preparation for graduates to be innovative and socially conscious leaders in both academic and professional settings. Students in the program explore solution-building for complex social challenges, gain an understanding of socially conscious organizational leadership, and learn how to critically analyze research and data for the strategic and ethical implementation of organizational or societal initiatives.
